No French menu is complete without a ‘curry’.  Our Caribbean Curry is a mild chicken curry with Caribbean spices, coconut milk and lime. The curry is served with baked pilaf rice, for a very convenient full meal in one dish!  It makes a delightful midweek or weekend lunch and dinner dish, a gourmet ready meal for any occasion. UPF free and hand cooked by chefs with just the finest ingredients.

For Best Results: Oven Cook From Frozen

Oven: Fan 170C / Electric 190C / Gas Mark 5

  1. Pre-heat oven
  2. Remove sleeve and pierce film
  3. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven
  4. Cook for 40–45 minutes (from frozen) / 25–30 minutes (from chilled)

Microwave: 850W

  1. Remove sleeve and pierce film
  2. Place on a microwavable plate
  3. Cook 7 minutes, stirring halfway through (from frozen) / 3 minutes 30 seconds, stirring halfway through (from chilled)
