Nationwide:
We pack and ship your Bistro Chef meals on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Pick your delivery
day at checkout. Note delivery is by 24-hour courier, and you will receive your order on a Wednesday or Friday.

Bath Local Delivery:
Free to the following postcodes, delivery on Wednesday and Friday. Add Freezer Packing (£4.00) to your order at checkout, and your food will remain frozen for up to 8 hours after delivery. Postcodes: BA1 1, BA1 2, BA1 3, BA1 4, BA1 5, BA1 6, BA1 7, BA1 8, BA2 1, BA2 2, BA2 3, BA2 4, BA2 5, BA2 6.

 

About Delivery:
Your order will arrive in insulated packaging that resembles a mini freezer and will remain frozen for another 8-12 hours once delivered, so you do not have to be in when your package arrives*. Your meals should be transferred back into a freezer as soon as possible after delivery.

Unless you have given us specific instructions, the courier will leave in a safe place and
advise you. Once the box has been delivered or signed for, it is the recipient’s responsibility to return the meals to the freezer before they defrost.

*Not applicable to FREE Bath deliveries unless Freezer Packing is added at checkout.

Please note that delivery to the following postcodes is possible but with an additional cost and cannot be booked online. Please contact us directly: Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, and the following Highlands and Islands postcodes: KA27, KA28, AB31 to AB56, IV1 to IV63, KW 1 to KW17, PH15 to PH50, PA20 to PA78, HS1 to HS9, ZE1 to ZE3, FK17 to FK21.
