Confit de Canard is a French classic and an all-time favourite with our customers and chefs. Each whole duck leg is gently confit in it’s own fat, flavoured with herbs and smoked garlic, creating a rich and savoury flavour. Served on a bed of sauté potatoes. A great choice for a celebration meal, French themed dinner party or weekend dinner. Our premium heat and serve food is fast frozen to lock in goodness and there are no UPFs.  Finer dining with home delivery!

Oven: Fan 170C / Electric 190C / Gas Mark 5

  2. Remove sleeve and pierce film
  3. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven
  4. Cook for 40–45 minutes (from frozen) / 25–30 minutes (from chilled)
