This delectable dish is a British classic with a French twist and features a rich and creamy sauce, tender salmon, smoked white fish and spring vegetables with a hint of fennel, all encased in a soft and creamy potato topping. It makes an ideal midweek supper or easy Friday dinner. Delicious served with green peas or a vegetable medley. Nothing else is needed!

Oven: Fan 170C / Electric 190C / Gas Mark 5

  1. Pre-heat oven
  2. Remove sleeve and pierce film
  3. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven
  4. Cook for 40–45 minutes (from frozen) / 25–30 minutes (from chilled)

Microwave: 850W

  1. Remove sleeve and pierce film
  2. Place on a microwavable plate
  3. Cook 7 minutes, stirring halfway through (from frozen) / 3 minutes 30 seconds, stirring halfway through (from chilled)
