Gold Award Winning scrumptious sauté potatoes flavoured with thyme, smoked garlic and a pinch of sea salt and cooked in duck fat for a traditional and authentic flavour. Crispy on the outside and soft in the middle! Ideal served as a side with Bistro Chef main dishes, or as an easy accompaniment to a roast. Can also be enjoyed as a starter with a smoky paprika dip. Simply heat and serve.

For Best Results: Oven Cook From Frozen

Oven: Fan 170C / Electric 190C / Gas Mark 5

  1. Pre-heat oven
  2. Remove sleeve and pierce film
  3. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven
  4. Cook for 40–45 minutes (from frozen) / 25–30 minutes (from chilled)
  5. Remove film lid for the last 5 minutes of cooking

Microwave: 850W

  1. Remove sleeve and pierce film
  2. Place on a microwavable plate
  3. Cook 7 minutes, stirring halfway through (from frozen) / 3 minutes 30 seconds, stirring halfway through (from chilled)
