The perfect gourmet food delivery for special occasions:  Our chef-made Beef Wellington is a stunning centrepiece for any festive table or celebration dinner.  It showcases a prime beef fillet, expertly seared to lock in its natural juices and tenderness, generously coated with a whisky-scented pâté, and topped with a delicate duxelles - a finely sautéed mixture of mushrooms, spinach, and shallots -imbuing the dish with earthy, aromatic notes. 

 This little packet of flavour is then encased in a golden, buttery puff pastry.  Crown this exquisite dinner parcel with our Chef’s Red Wine Jus for a final touch.

For Best Results: Defrost thoroughly for 24 hours in refrigerator before cooking

Oven: Fan 200C / Electric 210C / Gas Mark 7

  1. Pre-heat oven
  2. Remove from packaging but leave on parchment paper
  3. Cook for 18 - 22 mins (rare to medium rare)

+ 4 minutes for medium + 4 minutes for medium/well
