Braised lamb shoulder in a flavoursome Mediterranean sauce, infused with sun-dried tomatoes and black olives, served with gnocchi and garnished with parmesan.  Elegant and comforting, this gourmet ready meal is ideal for a night off from cooking! Freshly frozen and delivered to your door. Simply heat and serve. 

Diced Lamb Shoulder, Chopped Tomato, Black Olive, Lamb Stock (Water, Lamb Glaze (Lamb Extract, Concentrated Vegetable Juices (Onion, Carrot, Leek), Salt, Yeast Extracts, Flavouring, Dextrose)), Sun-dried Tomato, Tomato Purée, Garlic, Sugar, Paprika, Cornflour, Parsley, Basil, Thyme, Salt, Cumin. For Best Results: Oven Cook From Frozen

Oven: Fan 170C / Electric 190C / Gas Mark 5

  1. Pre-heat oven
  2. Remove sleeve and pierce film
  3. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven
  4. Cook for 40–45 minutes (from frozen) / 25–30 minutes (from chilled)

Microwave: 850W

  1. Remove sleeve and pierce film
  2. Place on a microwavable plate
  3. Cook 7 minutes, stirring halfway through (from frozen) / 3 minutes 30 seconds, stirring halfway through (from chilled)
