A classic Provencal summer vegetable stew of aubergine, courgette, peppers & tomato. 

Delicious Mediterranean flavours combine here to sing summer on a plate! Ideal as a light lunch with a piece of crusty bread, or as a side dish to accompany a summer roast, grilled meats or just about anything cooked on your BBQ.  The perfect accompaniment to our Confit Duck with Saute Potatoes.

For Best Results: Oven Cook From Frozen

Oven: Fan 170C / Electric 190C / Gas Mark 5

  1. Pre-heat oven
  2. Remove sleeve and pierce film
  3. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven
  4. Cook for 40–45 minutes (from frozen) / 25–30 minutes (from chilled)
  5. Remove film lid for the last 5 minutes of cooking

Microwave: 850W

  1. Remove sleeve and pierce film
  2. Place on a microwavable plate
  3. Frozen: Cook 4 minutes - stir gently and recover - cook for a further 3 minutes.
  4. Chilled: Cook 2 minutes - stir gently and recover - cook for a further 1 min, 30 secs.
