Salmon fillet served on a saffron infused basmati rice and topped with a sun-dried tomato butter. 

A beautiful dish showcasing the colours and flavours of summer with golden saffron rice, a perfectly poached salmon fillet and ruby red sun dried tomato. This is a heat and serve dish that is ideal for a mid week as it's a complete dinner in one that is ready in just a few minutes, or is equally as suited to an elevated dinner for the weekend.  Garnish with lemon and watercress or a green salad.

For Best Results: Cook in the Microwave

Oven: Fan 170C / Electric 190C / Gas Mark 5

  1. Pre-heat oven
  2. Remove sleeve and pierce film
  3. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven
  4. Cook for 40–45 minutes (from frozen) / 25–30 minutes (from chilled)
  5. Remove film lid for the last 5 minutes of cooking

Microwave: 850W

  1. Remove sleeve and peel film on 2 corners
  2. Place on a microwavable plate
  3. Frozen:Cook 4 minutes - stir gently and recover - cook for a further 3 minutes.
  4. Chilled: Cook 2 minutes - stir gently and recover - cook for a further 1 min 30 secs.
